NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)
We are currently able to offer Occupational Therapy services for children whose NDIS plans are either self-managed or plan-managed.
Medicare
Through the Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) or Mental Health Care Plan (MHP) through their GP or paediatrician, children can access up to 5 sessions per calendar year. The eligibility criteria include: The child must have a chronic medical condition that has been present for more than 6 months and requires intervention in at least two areas of care. The child must be under the care of at least two health professionals involved in managing their condition.
Private Health Insurance
Depending on your private health insurance policy, you may be eligible to claim some or all of the cost of Occupational Therapy services. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to check your policy details and confirm coverage options.
